Like literally, the cutest little ice cream shoppe, EVER. It’s a good thing you didn’t see me come into Nimble & Finn’s because you probably would’ve seen me fawning all over the general adorable nature of the store. Part ice cream shoppe, part historical architecture site, part design shop, Nimble & Finn’s has everything I love. Beautiful design, scrumptious sweets, and covetable modern home goods, and all located in a darling little corner of the North Bay.
Located in the sleepy town of Guerneville, California, Nimble & Finn’s is tucked inside the historic Bank of Guerneville that was built in 1921.  While it has been restored, it still retains the classic architectural details that its famous architect, Carl I. Warnecke installed. I love the white and gold. Winning combination. Gorgeous murals and menus created by designer Jessica Hische span the entire building.
Not only can you pick up a few scoops, you can also check out their small, but filled corner packed with plenty of cute home furnishings. From modern, graphic pillows to minimal ceramics, it’s a great place to pick up gifts for the design lover in your life.
I enjoyed a healthy scoop of the meyer lemon olive oil (AMAZING) and also the plum sorbet. Perfectly fresh and perfectly refreshing, especially in 90 degree weather. If you’re in Guerneville, you definitely must stop by!
