I recently contributed a recipe to Ashley at Sugar & Cloth , and I wanted to share with you guys some photos that didn’t make it on the post. I’m especially proud of this recipe– it somehow came together so beautifully in the end.
When I was making these mini apple cloud tarts, there were some points when I thought to myself, “oh crap I’m going to have to start over, my life is in shambles” or “this better work or i’m throwing myself out the window”. You can probably tell that when I’m concocting recipes in the kitchen, it can get a little dramatic.
