I had the amazing opportunity to attend a chocolate pairing event at the beautiful Fairmont Hertiage Place in Ghirardelli Square. Experts from Wente Vineyards and Lagunitas came to share their favorite chocolate picks and how to pair the unique flavors with beer and wine. We also learned about the secrets behind the silky smooth texture and what makes Ghirardelli’s chocolates one of the best in the business.
